Public Records Requests
The county hosts the Official Policy on Public Record Requests approved by the Board of County Commissioners in July 2016. An Official Public Record Request form is available for download or submission. Requests can be directed to the Klickitat County Sheriff's Office Records Division for arrest and jail-related documents. The Public Records Act lives in RCW 42.56. The Sheriff's Office must respond within five business days. State law also opens the live jail register under RCW 70.48.100.

District Court East In Custody Dockets
East District Court in Klickitat County serves the public in a professional and timely manner. The Daily In Custody Docket is held at 8:30 am. 1st Appearance Dockets are on Mondays at 1:30 pm. Criminal Dockets are held the second week of the month: Monday State Docket at 9:00 am and City Docket at 2:00 pm; Thursday State Docket at 2:30 pm and City Docket at 3:00 pm. Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, closed for lunch from noon to 1:00 pm. Contact the court at (509) 773-4670, email kcedc@klickitatcounty.org, or fax (509) 773-4653.
